We provide $500,000 life insurance and full health insurance during pregnancy. CBS coordinates 24/7 support, OB-GYN appointments, and emergency response. Insurance covers all surrogacy-related medical care.

Compensation typically ranges $65,000-$145,000, including base compensation (starting around $55,000) and milestone bonuses. Experienced surrogates and twin carriers earn more. Final amounts are agreed in the surrogacy contract.
Common requirements include: (1) a prior successful pregnancy, (2) generally no more than 2 C-sections, (3) age 20-40, (4) U.S. citizen or permanent resident, (5) BMI under 32, (6) residence in a surrogacy-friendly state, (7) no illegal drug / cigarette / alcohol use, (8) passing background check. IVF clinics make the final medical determination.
Yes ā CBS arranges $500,000 life insurance and full health insurance covering surrogacy-related medical care. The goal is no out-of-pocket expense for the surrogate for journey-related care.
Matching can be as fast as days after your application is approved, though some matches take longer. We work with multiple intended parents, so matches often happen quickly.
Yes ā you'll need to travel to the intended parents' IVF clinic for initial screening (overnight trip) and embryo transfer (typically a 3-day trip). Travel expenses, lost wages, and childcare are reimbursed per your contract.
Most surrogates have a brief connection with the baby after birth, then hand them to the intended parents. Many maintain contact with the family afterward ā long friendships often form.
Many surrogates are mothers themselves ā having children is one of our requirements. Childcare reimbursement and mileage for clinic visits are provided. Your family stays the priority.

For Egg & Sperm Donors
Typically $12,000 or more per donation cycle. CBS also covers medical, travel, and insurance costs related to the donation.
Yes ā CBS coordinates sperm donor recruitment with our IVF clinic partners. Compensation and process vary by clinic.
Common requirements: age 21-29, BMI under 28, U.S. or international, no family history of cancer/leukemia/serious mental illness, no STDs, high school graduate or higher. IVF clinics make the final medical determination.

Open ID: future-born children may contact you when they turn 18. Anonymous: no future contact. Both are valid choices ā we'll discuss what fits you best.
Matching can take weeks to months depending on intended-parent preferences. Not being matched is common and is not a reflection of your qualifications. We'll keep your profile in our database.
Approximately 1-2 weeks for the donation cycle, plus screenings and consultations. Most candidates can fit it around school or work. CBS handles logistics.
