1. Have had a successful pregnancy
2. No more than 2 C-Sections
3. 20-40 years old
4. US citizen or Permanent Resident
5. Yes to Tubal Ligation / implant birth control
6. BMI under 32
7. 1 spontaneous miscarriage 
8. Does not use illegal drugs, smoke cigarettes, or abuse alcohol.
9. Everyone over 18 years old should pass the Background check at your house hold
10. Does not receiving cash assistance, welfare, public housing and section 8.
11. Living at a surrogacy friendly state 
12. Willing to travel to IP's IVF clinic  for initial screening appointment and embryo transfer(CBC will pay for the travel expenses and lost wages for both surrogate and 1 companion, if applicable )

1.Application  

After completing surrogacy application form, our coordinator will contact you to explain the process and answer the questions that you may have.And authorize us to run your background check and request your medical records by signing 2 agreements.

2.Surrogate Profile

You will fill out a surrogate questionnaire to let us and Intended Parents to know more about you and your family.

3.Medical Records Review

We will contact your doctor who was support your last 2 deliveries for your medical records.

4.Matching

We will send out your profile to the intended parents and let you review their profile as well.We will also send the benefit package before the initial conference.

5.Medical Screening

You will go to intended parents' IVF clinic for a complete medical screening(overnight trip ), you will have blood drawn for infectious diseases test,Urine for drug test, ultrasound for uterus and ovaries.your partner will be requested to do infectious and drugs tests as well.After all tests are completed ,clinic will issue a Medical Clearance.

6.Psychological Screening

We will arrange a licensed Psychologist to contact you to do a phone consulting, to make sure your mental condition is good for become a surrogate.

7.Legal Process

You will be represented by an attorney to complete the surrogacy contract with Intended Parents.

8.Embryo Transfer

1)You will receive an embryo transfer calendar, with medication instructions after legal clearance.

2)Once you started the medications, you will attend local monitoring appointments to ensure your results are all in normal range. 

3) Attend the embryo transfer! (3 days trip) at intended parents' IVF clinic.

8.Pregnancy And Delivery

You will graduate from IVF clinic after 10 weeks of pregnancy. And then you will attend your pregnancy appointments at your preferred local OBGYN office ,deliver the baby at your local hospital.

CBC will pay for the travel expenses, and purchase the life insurance and health insurance to support your pregnancy. Your compensations and bonuses will be paid directly to you  by escrow account

How much gestational carrier get paid ?

California Baby Surrogacy offer the most generous compensation package in the industry, it's difficult for a surrogate to take care of their own family / work , while attending multiple clinic visits, they should be compensated well! 

Compensation package are vary, at CBC average surrogate pay can be between $55,000-$100,000. This estimation includes  base compensation– which between $45,000-$90,000 – as well as the additional bonuses  throughout the journey.Surrogate's base compensation fee is determined by a few factors:

1. Experienced surrogates or twins carrier
2. Whether or not she has health insurance that covers surrogacy
3. Which state she lives in

We will cover all your surrogacy expenses throughout the journey, you won't have any out - of -pocket expense. As your agency, we are here to provide any assistance that you need,24 hours/ day, 7days/week.

You DO NOT have any out of pocket payments, We will also provide you :

$500,000 beneficiary Life insurance and health insurance during the surrogacy journey.

All clinic travel expenses will be covered by the CBC, lost wages, childcare, meal allowance , mileage, etc.

We will work with your OB/GYN near you at your choice.

Besides of base compensation , we also offer 10k bonuses throughout the journey (Signing contract bonus, baby heartbeat confirmation, monthly allowance, etc.)
