Gestational Surrogacy

California Baby Surrogacy provides Gestational Surrogacy service to our clients.Gestational Surrogacy means to creating embryos in the laboratory, and then transferring the embryo(s) into the surrogate's uterus. In this way, the child's genes come from the providers of sperm and egg, and completely unrelated to the surrogate's genes and blood.

Surrogacy Process For Intended Parents

1. Match A Surrogate
Once you have completed the IVF cycle at you clinic, you will be started to review surrogates' profiles, and select one that you are interested.

2.Parent and Surrogate Match Meeting
California Baby Surrogacy will arrange the matching meeting between you and the surrogate, which will normally go through Skype or Wechat. You could request to meet your surrogate in person, if both of you are in Southern California.At mean while ,we will send surrogate's medical records to your doctor to review.

3.Surrogate Medical Screening

We will arrange your surrogate come to your clinic to do a complete medical screening, blood drawn for infectious diseases texts, urine for drugs texts, and Ultrasound for the uterus and ovaries check. 

3. Legal Process
After the surrogate and intended parents matched and mutually agree to work together, California Baby Surrogacy will recommend attorneys in order to draft the legal contract between surrogate and intended parents.

4. Embryo Transfer
Once the legal contracts are completed, next step will be embryo transfer cycle. Our representative will assist  your surrogate to attend embryo transfer appointment at your IVF clinic. If you are unable to attend the appointment, we will provide feedback or arrange video participation.

4.Pregnancy Support

California Baby Surrogacy will be in close contact with your surrogate throughout the pregnancy and will follow up with all OB appointments. And our representative will appear at labor room when she deliver the baby.We will arrange video participation if you are not able to appear at delivery.

5.International Intended Parents

We provide babysitter service and assist international parents to handle all travel documents for the baby.
