Bingbing Han

Co-Founder & CEO

Bingbing co-founded California Baby Surrogacy and leads the agency's strategy, partnerships, and client-facing practice. She brings over a decade of experience in third-party reproductive coordination — building the agency from a single Los Angeles office into a multi-clinic operation that serves intended parents worldwide. Bingbing personally oversees relationships with our partner IVF physicians and reproductive-law attorneys, and reviews every case at its critical milestones.

Wanqi Jiao

Co-Founder & COO

Wanqi co-founded California Baby Surrogacy and oversees day-to-day operations across the surrogacy journey — including surrogate recruitment and screening, intended-parent intake, clinical coordination, and the post-birth legal and travel pipeline. With a background in healthcare operations and cross-border case management, she ensures every family has a single accountable point of contact from inquiry through delivery.

How we work

We are deliberately small. Every case has a senior coordinator, not a hand-off chain — and every coordinator carries a manageable caseload so that nothing falls between the cracks.

We document everything in writing, in both English and Mandarin where it matters, so families always have a paper trail of decisions and next steps.

Multilingual by design

English and Mandarin are our operating-core languages — built into every intake call, contract walkthrough, clinic visit, and post-birth document, not a translation layer added on top. Spanish is available on request; the care team also includes Cantonese-speaking coordinators.

Industry experience

Our partner physicians are board-certified in OB/GYN and Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI), with 10–20 years of practice each. Our partner laboratories are among the top 5 in California by reported success rates. [Specific certifications PENDING — awaiting Bingbing data]
